Champagne may be the traditional way to ring in the New Year, but 2020 was anything but ordinary. So this year, ring in 2021 with a special bubbly recipe. This recipe includes your favorite bottle of champagne, a little bourbon, and some blueberry juice. You could substitute the blueberry juice for pomegranate juice which would turn it from purple to a pinkish hue!
Ingredients
4 oz Korbel® Brut
1 oz Woodford Reserve® Bourbon
2 oz Blueberry Juice
Frozen Blueberries (Garnish)
Method
Pour Woodford Reserve and blueberry juice into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Top with KORBEL. Garnish with frozen blueberries for a delicious champagne cocktail.
Garnish with Frozen Blueberries (use a fancy toothpick to hold them in place) or allow them to float at the top of the drink!
